Amy Smart was an American model and actress. Her modelling career began in Italy which is where she was raised before being born in California. Her first role as an actor was in the TV movie Her Costly Affair. Then, as a supporting character in the film Starship Troopers she struggled very difficult. Amy was unable to make the switch from modeling to acting because models aren't usually thought of as good actors. They're often given small or unimportant roles. Amy persevered, and she eventually landed larger roles in films Varsity Blues and The 70s. In the course of a couple of years Amy made the jump into bigger roles. She starred in the romantic comedy Just Friends alongside Ryan Reynolds. Amy became famous for her work in the last 10 years. She then went on to work in some of the biggest film productions, such as the Crank series with Jason Statham as well as Shameless with Jason Statham, in which she played an enduring character.
