Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. The actress was born Patsy McClenny on February 3, 1950. The actress became popular during the 1970s and 1980s due to the roles she played as an actress on television series. Her glamorous appearance was frequently the main focus of these shows. Fairchild's career began in 1973 when she played Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. After appearing on Dallas the show, in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress and then moved to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. In 1984, she was a co-star on ABC's primetime soap Paper Dolls. From 1985 until 1986, Fairchild played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as in the roles of guest stars for TV shows including Roseanne, Cybill and Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the latter she won the Primetime Emmy Award. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA Board member.
